UNROLL.ME
Unroll.me https://unroll.me/ has been a lifesaver, a typical entrepreneur will receive between 10-20 newsletters a day, and the majority are not relevant anymore. Unroll.me helped me focus on the emails that matter instead of looking for them.
This app is free.
Freedom App
Freedom https://freedom.com/ is a must have and the most important thing you can do to save time, and finally being able to stop losing time with all the distractions from your phone and computer.
It’s a simple software that you will install on your computer and on your phone to do its magic.
One of my favorite features is that you can either start a session right away, plan one for later or merely create recurring sessions to generate work blocks for example.
It offers paid plans.
Tabsooze Extension for Chrome
If you are like me, the open tabs in my browser are my connection with all my projects, but they were becoming another never-ending to-do list, so much that I will jump from one another and lose track of what I was doing.
If you can close the tabs and move one, great! But if you need the tabs because you put in some research into finding those sites Tabsooze extension from chrome http://www.tabsnooze.com/ is for you. It lets you put to sleep until further notice those pesky tabs.
With this extension, you will be able to snooze any tabs you don’t need right away. It will close it and have it reopened at the time you selected: during the day, in the evening, the day after, the coming weekend, next week, a month later, randomly, periodically or on a set time.
This extension is free.
GRAMMARLY chrome extension
How many times you had to re-read and re-read and still make some grammatical errors in emails or social media posts? Sometimes trying to do things fast causes more delays.

Calm and headspace apps

Calm https://www.calm.com/ and Headspace https://www.headspace.com apps have free features so you can meditate and relax and clear your mind.
Here we enter into the more hands-on productivity tools I use on a daily base to help me get organized.

Slack
Slack https://slack.com/ is considered a “messaging app” and is entirely free to use. The idea behind Slack is to make communication easier between coworkers with a few advanced features to also improve collaboration. But even if you have a small team of two, it helps tremendously to be in contact and share documents.
So you keep your email free of clutter and your phone messaging apps for personal use.
I love this app (desktop and phone) in it you can create different workspaces and within these spaces create public channels ( you and whoever you invite), private channels and direct messages.
Also, it has fantastic app integrations like G suite apps, project management apps and even giphy. Nothing like a little humor between us humans to keep us going.
Their free plan is excellent.
Evernote
Notes on steroids, but oh so good.
Evernote https://evernote.com/ is a cross-platform app that serves many purposes—it can be your digital file cabinet, note-taking tool, daily journal, task or project management system, recipe-keeper, and more.
For me, one of the best features is being able to separate your notes, pdf, sites, pictures, handwritten notes of each project into notebooks. Is so useful to have all your info in one place and not have to look for them all over the place.
Another great tool included on the pay subscription ( 5 dollars a month) is being able to take pictures of business cards, and the app transforms the info into a digital form so you can immediately save into your contacts.
It also has excellent app integrations like G suite and zappier.
It offers free and paid options.
Asana
For more significant teams and bigger projects I highly recommend Asana https://asana.com as a Project management tool. It improves productivity and motivates Joiness:)
The application is structured into three groups:
Workspaces: The workspace is where you group various types of projects. For example, in business, you might have workspaces labeled sales or marketing, which holds projects related to all the sales and marketing subjects.
Projects: The Project’s area is where all your tasks are listed, grouped, tagged and prioritized.
Tasks: Tasks contain specific information about a task, such as due dates, tagging, responsibility assignment, notes, comments, subtasks, and more.
It has a free option for smaller groups.
